During an exceptional 44 month training programme, in partnership with Burton and South Derbyshire College, you will learn and develop the technical skills and theory to become a member of our outstanding maintenance team.

A maintenance member maintains the plant’s machinery and equipment, while improving processes to minimise disruption to production.

Upon successful completion, you will be working right at the heart of our operation, as a valued member of our dedicated maintenance team, with the opportunity to develop and broaden your skills in the most demanding and fast-moving of automotive environments.

During an exciting 1 year programme, in partnership with Burton and South Derbyshire College, you will learn and develop the skills required, to start a successful career within an inclusive and positive manufacturing environment.

You will learn how to carry out production processes safely, efficiently and to outstanding quality, as well as develop your softer skills in leadership, communication and problem solving, which will become essential skills for you to progress within the business.

Upon successful completion, you will gain a number of qualifications and awards through either Burton and South Derbyshire College and our on-site training Dojo and you will become a permanent Toyota Production Team Member.
