Where overtime is worked, this will attract a payment as follows:

Mon-Fri - Time and one third for first 2 hours, time and one half thereafter
Saturday - Time and one half
Sunday - Double time

There will be one plant shutdowns during your placement (a week at Christmas) and you will be required to take holiday at this time.

You will then be able to use your remaining holiday entitlement at your discretion provided this is accompanied with Supervisor authorisation.

A free workwear allowance is provided to all new Members. Options are also available to purchase additional items at a discounted rate should this be required.

We have three subsidised restaurants on-site serving a wide range of foods. One of our restaurants serves a Japanese dish every day.
